Since nobody is really doing anything important until the 5th, might as well get some learning!

And recipes and bulbs. If you've got a P.O. Box, I could mail you a REAL calla bulb or two. You can grow them in a pot for a few years and bring them indoors for winter. The foliage is pretty enough for a house-plant and is evergreen if watered. Once it's big enough you can try planting it outdoors and take a chance that a frost won't kill the bulbs. Of course it will kill the foliage. I agree that the deciduous pastel callas aren't as nice.
I just love his sense of humor!
